This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor Jurídico | Contencioso Cível e Consumidor based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a legal professional to lead a team focused on civil and consumer litigation. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, ensuring procedural deadlines are met, and maintaining high technical standards. The role combines people leadership, litigation strategy, process management, and performance monitoring. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a key link between the legal team and leadership. Your expertise will contribute directly to the quality, efficiency, and strategic direction of litigation portfolios. The position requires strong organizational skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. It is well suited to a proactive legal professional who combines technical expertise with leadership and a results-oriented mindset.

Accountabilities

• Supervise and manage the legal team responsible for civil and consumer litigation, ensuring organization and compliance with procedural deadlines.
• Distribute and prioritize activities across the team, balancing workloads and ensuring efficient allocation of demands.
• Monitor the technical quality of legal work and provide regular feedback, guidance, and development support to team members.
• Prepare management reports and monitor performance indicators related to both the team and litigation portfolios.
• Support the definition and implementation of litigation strategies for civil and consumer cases.
• Review procedural documents and legal pleadings, ensuring technical quality, consistency, and alignment with the defined strategy.
• Act as the primary communication link between the legal team and senior leadership, ensuring clear alignment and effective information flow.
• Identify operational or procedural risks and contribute to solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing demands with professionalism and a strong service orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with an active OAB registration.
• Solid professional experience in civil and consumer litigation.
• Practical experience supervising or coordinating legal teams is highly desirable.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with legal management systems and electronic court platforms such as PJe, e-SAJ, and PROJUDI.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and the ability to develop and evaluate litigation strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-management, and people-development skills.
• Experience monitoring performance indicators and using data to support management decisions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear, assertive, and professional communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset combined with attention to quality and procedural accuracy.
