Partner Company in Brazil seeks an experienced Advogado(a) for remote civil and banking matters. You will analyze judicial decisions, review condemnation calculations, and prepare client reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Brazilian electronic court systems.

You will work remotely, independently and with colleagues to support case management, deliver clear documentation, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Solid knowledge in Civil Law, particularly banking matters.
• Familiarity with Brazilian electronic judicial systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi).
• Ability to analyze judicial decisions and related calculations with attention to detail.

You will prepare client reports and support the completion of internal documentation related to judicial outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Complete internal documentation and condemnation-related records (PA de condenação) based on case outcomes.

• Work with electronic judicial systems and procedural information to support efficient case management.

• Apply legal and analytical expertise to support accurate processing and communication of judicial results.

Requirements

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Professional experience and solid knowledge in Civil Law, particularly in banking-related matters.
