Job description

Aisin Group is a global company headquartered in Japan, specializing in the manufacture and supply of automotive components, lifestyle and energy products, and wellness goods.

Established in 1965 as a subsidiary of Toyota Group, Aisin operates in over 200 consolidated companies across the world. Since 1974 in Brazil, Aisin produces parts and accessories for gear and transmission systems to major car manufacturers in the automotive market.

Aisin is looking for a Quality Supervisor to attend transmission systems demands in Betim-MG region. The professional will be working inside one of its clients, an automaker company.

Main responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the client and the technical support team to support the development of automotive transmission systems.
• Represent the company in customer and end-user interactions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical requirements.
• Conduct field investigations, including measurements and inspections, to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to drive product enhancements and technical solutions.
• Visit client facilities to support the ongoing development and validation of transmission systems.
• Travel to end-user locations when necessary to assess vehicles, investigate issues, and perform technical evaluations and diagnostics.

Requirements and skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Minimum of 3 years of exprience in automotive segment.
• Availability for national and international travels.

Additional information

• Work journey: Monday to Friday from 7h30 to 16h30 in Betim-MG.
