• Ensure safety and compliance with legal and environmental standards.
• Optimize maintenance plans for long-term sustainability.

• Guarantee equipment durability through a strategic plan.
• Define and apply maintenance strategy based on equipment criticality.
• Apply MMW steps and tools in respective domains.
• Guarantee competencies with a skills diagnosis and training plan.
• Share improvements through business network exchanges.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• The safety of people, the protection of environment are assured, the safety rules and the legal requirements are respected, the conformity of the equipment compared to the standards and the internal and external requirements is guaranteed
• The maintenance plan optimization is ensured in the long-term and sustainable
• The global performance of maintenance is followed and optimized (availability of the equipment, cost, reliability, effectiveness)
• The durability of equipment is ensured through a plan
• The strategy of maintenance is defined and applied according to the criticality of the equipment, the objectives of PA are held and shared by the personnel, of the improvements are proposed on the process, the methods and the organization.
• The steps and tools of MMW are applied for theirs domains of responsibility
• The competencies for the maintenance of the activity are guaranteed with a plan of succession and a skill diagnosis, and updated training plan.
• Improvements (organizational, methods, techniques, ...) are provided or shared through the business network exchanges (RTA network meeting, external, ...)
