Job Title: Supervisor Administrativo

Responsibilities and Assignments

1. Supervise teams in logistics processes such as receiving, billing, and shipping;
2. Monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions;
3. Select, evaluate, and develop employees, providing continuous feedback focused on performance and improvement;
4. Manage the team according to Gente & Cultura guidelines, promoting training, talent development, and succession planning;
5. Ensure the quality and safety of operations, aligning the team and processes with the CD Modelo concept.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Complete Higher Education;
2. At least 1 year of experience in the area;
3. Proficiency in Excel and analysis tools (Power BI preferred);
4. Knowledge of WMS system;
5. Logical reasoning;
6. Organization skills;
7. Team leadership;
8. Good communication;
9. Analytical skills;
10. Cost management;
11. Management of KPIs;
12. Execution power;
13. Availability to work shifts;
14. Develop strategies and implement action plans for systemic issues.
