Responsibilities

• Preparar figuras mensais de fechamento financeiro para partilhar com a matriz e realizar análises de variações entre atual e orçamento
• Participar da preparação do orçamento e do forecast
• Desenvolver indicadores de desempenho operacional sobre produtividade, desperdício e variações de compra para apoiar a gestão local
• Selecionar e processar informações da organização, comentar e comunicar aos interlocutores para uso na gestão geral e operacional
• Contribuir para a eficácia do controle interno e aconselhar a gestão local sobre custo, rentabilidade de produtos e investimentos
• Monitorar desempenho de receitas, comparando valores atuais e orçados ao longo do mês
• monitorar variações no custo dos produtos e impactos de mudanças na estrutura e no processo com a Engenharia de Processos
• Monitorar variações na tarifa horária e na produtividade, assegurando a exatidão das notas
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento e consolidação do orçamento anual e do forecast trimestral
• Processar a avaliação de custeio mensal no sistema SAP

Missão do cargo

The role's mission is to ensure strategic financial information that supports the decision-making process. The professional will be responsible for preparing management reports to meet the demands of the Belgian headquarters, as well as conducting the budget process and monthly monitoring of actual vs. projected results. Interface Brazil and Belgium. Will also act in meetings with management and operations levels, ensuring the dissemination of financial information and monitoring of product costs, productivity and hourly rates, identifying variations and proposing solutions to optimize results.

Responsabilidades e resultados esperados

Under the financial direction, you will be the local Senior financial/ controller analyst for Sonaca brazilian subsidiary.

• Prepare monthly closing financial figures to be shared with headquarter and realize variances analysis between actual and budgeted figures
• Participate in budget and forecast preparation.
• Develop operational performance indicators on productivity, scrap, purchasing variances to help local management
• Select and process the information within the organization, comment on it and communicate it to your interlocutors. These data will be used for the management of the company both at the general level and at the operational level
• Contribute to the effectiveness of Internal control and advice local management on cost control, profitability of products and/or investments.
• Monitor revenue performance, comparing actual and budgeted values throughout the month.
• Monitor variations in product costs and analyze impacts caused by changes in structure and script together with Process Engineering.
• Monitor variations in hourly rate and productivity, ensuring the accuracy of the notes.
• Support the development and consolidation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast.
• Process the costing monthly in the SAP system.

Competências Técnicas

Experience in the area of controlling (budget x forecast, costs and reports, management analysis); Knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules; Advanced Office package and Excel. Advanced / fluent English.
