The responsibilities include organizing training for new employees on the travel request platform, maintaining clear communication of updates and instructions from other departments, and supporting the pedagogical intelligence and customer experience divisions.

Manage, monitor, and validate the sector's budget, oversee operational demands, organize events, and validate and monitor gifts for the Customer Experience and Pedagogical Intelligence departments, aiming to improve processes and service delivery, as well as explore new service opportunities.

Handle the budget effectively, identify savings opportunities, reallocate funds, and negotiate advantageous terms to contribute to favorable company results.

Organize and participate in events such as Bernoulli 360º, Insights, Reload, Bett Brasil, and others, supporting educational events, congresses, and fairs as needed.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Proficiency in Excel and other office tools, including digital tools.
• Complete higher education in Administration, Marketing, Social Communication, or Economics.
• Reside in Belo Horizonte or nearby.
• Desirable specialization in events or marketing.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
