Responsibilities and duties

• Supervise, control, and monitor teams and activities under your responsibility, including manufacturing methods and processes, aiming to meet production goals.
• Manage people, including training and equipping the team with procedures, and supervising safety practices, setting an example for employees.
• Understand and involve the team in activities related to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), becoming a reference in the tool and ensuring quality standards are met by your team.
• Prepare routine reports (cost, quality, and productivity) and oversee inventory activities (weekly, rotating, and annual).
• Manage safety, quality, environmental, and productivity labels, ensuring activities are completed within deadlines.
• Promote the 5S methodology, ensuring its implementation to foster cleanliness, organization, and increased productivity.
• Ensure risk analysis management and reduction of NPRs (Non-Conformities of Product).
• Manage resources according to the planned budget and monitor team performance indicators.

Requirements and qualifications

• Complete Higher Education in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in managing people, industrial processes, indicators management, and problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge of TPM, 5S methodologies, and improvement projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and SAP.

Note: Working Monday to Saturday from 05:00 to 13:20.
