Principais Atividades

– Acompanhar e supervisionar a equipe de vendas; – Realizar treinamentos e orientações sobre as técnicas de vendas; – Fechar de vendas e prospectar de clientes; – Acompanhar e definição das metas, estratégias de vendas e SLAs; – Acompanhar desempenho e administrar conflitos, assegurando o cumprimento de metas; – Realizar cotações; – Elaborar relatórios e criação de campanhas comerciais.

Requisitos Essenciais

• – Experiência com supervisão de televendas, call center ou equipe de vendas digitais; – Experiência com fechamento de vendas e prospecção de clientes; – Experiência com gestão de equipes; – Experiência com treinamentos, elaboração de relatórios e criação de campanhas comerciais; – Ser determinado, comprometido e dinâmico.
