TOGETHER, WE CAN ACHIEVE THE EXTRAORDINARY, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Ensuring quality inspections of all workstations through monitoring specific software, requesting process corrections when results are out of specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Ensuring completion of TPM checklists by monitoring their completion to detect and correct equipment anomalies.
• Implementing process corrections through equipment adjustments to maintain raw material and energy consumption within set targets.
• Meeting production plans by interacting with the team and monitoring production orders via specific software to fulfill customer demand.
• Recording and reporting shift occurrences to ensure information availability for future reference.
• Planning, coordinating, and controlling the overall process by collecting necessary information to forecast trends and keep process parameters within established standards, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
• Overseeing corrective maintenance of equipment during the shift to ensure continuous production and meet daily goals.
• Promoting a culture of safety, health, quality, and environmental responsibility through ongoing guidance, valuing contributions, encouraging participation in company programs, and conducting EHS audits to safeguard everyone's well-being.

• Complete higher education, preferably in Administration, Production Engineering, or Processes;
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or process industries;
• Knowledge of industrial equipment concepts;
• Knowledge of production flow;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools;
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office;

DESIRABLE

• Technical English;
• Basic knowledge of NR regulations;
• Knowledge of statistical analysis;
• Familiarity with Minitab.

• Model: On-site
• Schedule: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm - 4x4 shift rotation every 6 months
• GGS: Global Grade 11
• Benefits: No relocation benefits offered
