Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation of loading, transportation, and maintenance of road networks, ensuring industry supply.
• Manage operational teams (internal and/or third-party), ensuring safety, operational, and quality standards through continuous monitoring.
• Maintain field infrastructure, such as machinery, trucks, implements, structures, and support vehicles, addressing repairs as needed.
• Monitor daily equipment availability and operational efficiency indicators to optimize asset utilization.
• Ensure the annual budget for your area is met, supporting planning, analysis of costs, and resource management.
• Train and oversee staff in quality control, ensuring compliance with company parameters.
• Provide regular reports on logistics operations, including production, safety, and planning metrics.
• Support continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Manage safety programs, incident reports, and resource development initiatives within deadlines.
• Supervise team members with transparent communication, ongoing feedback, and development plans, including managing schedules, leave, and payroll processes.
• Adhere to company policies on Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, ensuring compliance with standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Administration, Logistics, or Engineering preferred.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in wood supply segment (Harvest, Transportation, and Roads).

Desirable:

• MBA or Post-Graduate Degree
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of SGF
• Intermediate English proficiency
