Keywords Studios Los Angeles, a leading provider of multimedia content localization and audio production services, is seeking Subtitling Project Coordinators to join our Media & Entertainment division. Located in Burbank, our state-of-the-art studio collaborates with top streaming platforms, broadcasters, content creators, and publishers in the gaming and media & entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within profitability margins
• Manage resources to meet project instructions, client expectations, and QA standards
• Prepare and analyze translation files
• Maintain accurate project data in our systems
• Prepare data for invoicing and financial reports
• Participate in internal meetings

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in localization or the video games industry is preferred
• Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
• Reliability and punctuality
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Passion for gaming
