Jeeves seeks an Operations & Automation Analyst in Brazil to join the Business Operations team. This role blends executing recurring operations with automating them using AI tools and internal tooling.

You’ll work near live client workflows, aiming to make processes reliable and eventually non-manual. The position is based in São Paulo with 1–2 days in the office weekly and a hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, finance, or fintech.
• Degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or related field.
• Interest in building AI-powered automations and not just using them.

We're looking for an Operations & Automation Analyst to join our Business Operations team in Brazil. This is not a pure execution role: you'll split your time between running the recurring operations and automating those same processes — working hands‑on with AI and our internal tooling to redesign how the work gets done.

You'll sit close to everything that happens after a client is live. Much of this still runs on manual steps, spreadsheets, and human memory. Your job is to run it reliably — and then to make it so it doesn't need to be run manually again.

Priorities shift as the business does (new products, new markets, new partner requirements), so you'll need to connect the dots across multiple workstreams and adapt fast, without compromising the accuracy of the numbers. This role is built for someone early in their career who is organized, curious, and genuinely excited to build with AI tools rather than just use them.

Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full‑time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (1‑2 days/week). #LI‑Hybrid

What You’ll Do:

• Run recurring operations processes end to end across billing, banking partners, and client reporting — following documented SOPs, hitting the deadlines, and flagging exceptions early

• Automate the work itself: build, test, and maintain Claude replacing manual steps, with the goal of eliminating manual work rather than just completing it

• Monitor daily and weekly operations, triage what's real, resolve what you can, and escalat what you can't

• Document everything in Notion: keep process pages, exception logs, and trackers current so any process you own is transferable to someone else on day one

• Bring a process efficiency mindset: identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and redesign workflows while safeguarding the accuracy and audit trail that financial operations demand

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales to turn recurring manual fixes into permanent product fixes, and to support new launches on the operations side

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Portuguese and English. Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally between regions. Spanish is a plus.

• 0–2 years of experience. Recent graduates are very welcome — a degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field, or an internship in operations, finance, consulting, or fintech

• Genuine excitement to work with AI tools like Claude every day, and interest in building automations rather than only using them. No prior experience required, but curiosity and willingness to experiment are non‑negotiable

• Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups, building and maintaining recurring files). Comfort with SQL, or a real appetite to learn it quickly — we live in Metabase

• Strong attention to detail. This work touches client money, invoices, and credit limits; you catch things others miss and take documentation seriously

• Highly adaptable; you handle shifting priorities and ambiguity well and can switch context across processes, regions, and products without losing rigor

• Comfort with repetitive, documentation‑heavy work, paired with the instinct to systematize and automate it rather than just power through it

• Clear written communication in both languages, for client-facing and internal correspondence

• Nice to have: fintech, banking, or startup experience; exposure to Python, SQL, or Apps Script; familiarity with Notion, Slack, HubSpot, or Linear
