What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with revenue partners to assess client strategic goals and business processes
- Deliver ongoing services that support continuous process improvement and long-term value realization

- Leverage construction industry knowledge to enhance client business processes
- Provide exceptional service and education to clients through effective communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for a self-performing Specialty Contractor
- Proven experience managing project financials, including budgets and profit projections
- Knowledge of managing contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Experience with take-offs, estimates, bid management, and contract negotiations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Familiarity with Procore’s feedback loops between customers and teams
- Background in training or software support
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
