• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de produtos financeiros.
• Experiência em fintechs ou adquirentes.
• Conhecimento profundo do mercado de pagamentos, incluindo regulamentações.

We are seeking a Specialist to lead the strategy and optimization of sub-acquiring products, such as mPOS, Payment Link, Tap to pay. This professional will play a strategic role managing performance, efficiency and market opportunities, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.

Strategic Payments Specialist (Sub-Acquiring Products)

Responsibilities

• Management operation and strategy of Sub-Acquiring e products, ensuring efficiency, performance, and growth.
• Analyze data and performance indicators to identify opportunities and continuous improvements, optimizing customer experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as technology, compliance, marketing and business, to ensure that solutions align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners within the financial ecosystem, including banks, regulators and technology providers.
• Ensure that developed solutions comply with regulations and guidelines from the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory bodies.
• Create business and market analysis cases to support the financial viability and impact of proposed innovations.
• Stay on top of market trends and latest innovations related to Sub-Acquiring products

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management

• Experience in fintechs, acquirers or sub-acquirers .
• Proven experience in card payment products.
• In-depth knowledge of the payments market, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Experience building business cases to justify innovations in financial products, focusing on efficiency and differentiation in the market.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of P&L creation and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Experience with large data bases and analytics
• Advanced SQL and Excel
• Average english or spanish
