Job description

Earlier this year, Unilever announced an agreement to combine its Foods business with McCormick & Company, creating a scaled global flavour powerhouse. The proposed combination would bring together iconic Foods brands, including Hellmann’s and Knorr, with McCormick’s portfolio to create a global leader across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by strong retail and foodservice platforms. McCormick brings more than 135 years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, with completion estimated for mid-2027.

You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and drive the LATAM Logistics Strategy, setting the regional roadmap and leading network optimization initiatives to improve cost, service, resilience and long‑term capacity.
  • Lead the regional logistics transformation agenda, accelerating digitalization, automation and technology adoption across transportation and warehousing to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
  • Drive logistics productivity, performance and standardization across LATAM, identifying structural savings opportunities, tracking key KPIs and scaling best practices across markets.
  • Develop future‑ready logistics capabilities and partner strategies, including 3PL management, e‑commerce, last mile, Route to Market and new distribution solutions that enable growth.
  • Partner cross‑functionally and influence strategic decisions across the region, connecting logistics priorities with business objectives while leveraging external trends, benchmarks and emerging capabilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Significant experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, ideally within FMCG, retail, 3PL or another complex, high‑volume environment.

  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Experience in e‑commerce, last mile and alternative Route to Market models.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and strategic logistics partners.
