Exciting Opportunity : Drive business growth and enhance customer experience by focusing on selection and strategic seller engagement in the Consumables category.

Key job responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for business growth and improved seller performance.
  • Promote and drive adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions.
  • Map new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and inform our overall sales strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the seller, escalating feedback to appropriate teams and collaborating cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
  • You will communicate directly with Brazilian sellers at Amazon marketplace, so Portuguese fluency is required.

A day in the life

As a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in the Brazil Marketplace organization, your primary focus will be on expanding product selection and closing selection gaps within the Consumables category. You will engage with strategic seller accounts, leveraging Amazon's Marketplace tools and logistics solutions to identify opportunities for improved seller performance. Your role will involve promoting Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) adoption, educating sellers on Sponsored Ads, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance Amazon's offerings.

You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to driving growth and improving the customer experience within the Consumables category. Our team is committed to fostering strong relationships with sellers and continuously seeking new opportunities to enhance selection and fulfillment channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles
  • Fluency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, data handling, pivot tables, lookups).
