Job summary

Crocs Brasil Comércio de Calçados LDTA is seeking a Store Team Lead to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, delivering exceptional consumer experiences and driving sales across our Brazilian stores. You will lead a frontline team, coach associates, manage opening/closing, inventory, pricing, and ensure CHARM customer service standards are followed.

Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required under CLT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in retail operations or supervisory roles.
• Must provide gov.br employment history verification.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and achieving objectives.
• Handle store operations, opening/closing, and key controls when manager is unavailable.

Overview

The Store Team Lead supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. This role provides frontline leadership, ensures operational execution, and assumes responsibility for the store in the manager's absence while driving team engagement and sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving business objectives.
• Assume responsibility for store operations, opening and closing procedures, and key control when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead daily activities to ensure execution of the C.H.A.R.M. customer service model.
• Maintain store presentation standards, inventory accuracy, replenishment processes, and pricing integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Act as a role model for store associates by providing guidance, support, and best-practice leadership.
• Assist in creating a positive team environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and performance

What You'll Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles. Candidates must provide employment history verification through the gov.br platform (Carteira de Trabalho Digital) as part of the hiring process.
• Strong customer service and sales acumen.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with applicable labor legislation (CLT) and with payment of any legally required premiums.
