What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and issue solicitations such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in public administration, supply chain management, finance, or a closely related field
- A professional procurement certification (e.g., CPPB, NIGP-CPP, CPPO)
- Experience working in a high-volume procurement environment
- Knowledge of the State of California Public Contract Code
- Experience with Public Works and adherence to State of California Department of Industrial Relations requirements
