About the project:

As a Staff Frontend React Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing high-quality, user-centric interfaces that drive the client ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and accessible frontend solutions for our customer-facing products, always keeping usability and performance top of mind.

How your day-to-day work will look like

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to develop robust and intuitive user experiences.
• Design and architect frontend systems that integrate effectively within a microservices-based ecosystem.
• Implement best practices in frontend development, including accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

This would make you the ideal candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and architecting scalable frontend systems.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with SDLC and programming design patterns, and Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience integrating frontend systems within a microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
• Cloud experience is highly valued.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
