We’re seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our UI Engineering team. This team is focused on providing frontend solutions to multiple projects and tooling to the whole company. We are deeply committed to advancing our frontend architecture (Next.js), ensuring alignment with our Design Systems, and collaborating with backend teams to deliver consistent, reliable, and user-friendly experiences across the platform.
As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will join our globally distributed team to shape and elevate Cint’s Measurement, Survey Platform, and Design System experiences. Your mission is to craft high-quality, scalable user interfaces that power our core research products delivering intuitive experiences for our customers while also enabling internal teams to move faster with confidence.
You will be a product-oriented and platform UI engineer, taking full ownership of the end-to-user experience. This includes partnering closely with UX designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to understand customer and stakeholder needs for both external user-facing products and internal products like our survey platform and design systems.
