Join an innovative firm at the forefront of AI-powered public affairs software. As a Staff AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling GenAI systems that enhance the capabilities of a flagship product. This hands-on position emphasizes collaboration and leadership, allowing you to influence cross-functional decisions while mentoring fellow engineers. Work on exciting projects that tackle real-world challenges in semantic search and personalization, all within a supportive and mission-driven team. Enjoy generous benefits, flexible work arrangements, and a culture that prioritizes learning and professional growth.
Quorum is building the future of AI-powered public affairs software. With our flagship AI product, Quorum Copilot, we’re transforming how government affairs teams process complex data—from legislative text and social media to policy documents and testimony. At the intersection of data engineering and product development, we’re looking for a seasoned AI Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative and leadership-driven mindset.
As a Staff AI Engineer, you will be a key technical leader on the team—helping to architect and scale GenAI systems that power Quorum Copilot and its ecosystem of features. This role requires not only strong technical skills in data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and LLM integration, but also the ability to influence cross-functional decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product leaders to drive high-impact outcomes.
This is a hands-on builder role—not focused on research. You’ll be expected to bring deep experience in launching and iterating on production GenAI features, understanding the real-world challenges of semantic search, personalization, and quality control.

Quorum is a Government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended by the Jobs for Veterans Act of 2002, 38 U.S.C. 4212 (VEVRAA), which requires Government contractors to take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment: (1) disabled veterans; (2) recently separated veterans; (3) active duty wartime or campaign badge veterans; and (4) Armed Forces service medal veterans.
These classifications are defined as follows: A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability. A “recently separated veteran” means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran’s discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service. An “active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran” means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense. An “Armed forces service medal veteran” means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed above, please indicate by making the appropriate selection for the veteran status question below.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one whomakes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
