Keeta Brazil seeks a skilled Training Analyst to drive learning, development, and operational excellence. You will turn quality data into targeted training roadmaps for in-house teams and large BPO partners.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, creating interactive assets, and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs while coaching core operations. Fluent English and Portuguese are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in training, preferably in tech/internet operations.
• Ability to map operational pain points to measurable training outcomes.
• Proven track record leading training for direct teams and/or large BPO partners.
• Independent design of courses, case studies, and practical simulations from SOPs.

We are looking for a strategic Training Analyst to drive our learning, development, and operational excellence initiatives. In this role, you will turn quality data into high-impact training strategies for both our in-house teams and large-scale BPO partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Needs Assessment: Analyze quality inspection data (BPO/Direct) to identify systemic root causes and build quarterly/annual training roadmaps tailored to turnover and team profiles.
• Process Standardization: Turn quality findings into actionable learning. Own the full cycle from problem attribution and content creation to training execution and SOP updates.
• Execution & Enablement: Develop interactive multimedia training assets and drive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for BPO partners while delivering hands-on coaching for core operations.
• Impact & ROI Measurement: Establish post-training evaluations (exams, simulations, certifications) and track performance metrics to ensure quantifiable error reduction and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years working with training and preference of having experience in tech/internet operations
• Scale & BPO Management: Proven track record leading training for direct team and/or managing training frameworks across large BPO partners.
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical capability to map operational pain points and translate training outcomes into business metrics (e.g., error rate reduction, CSAT, efficiency).
• Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken) to bridge global headquarters guidelines with local execution.
• Instructional Design: Demonstrated ability to independently design courses, case studies, and practical simulation exercises from SOPs.
