Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to support the technology, product and professional services demands of our Business Units in Brazil and South Latam.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering, Architecture, DevOps and Product positions.

About the Role

  1. Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX professionals.

  2. Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand talent needs and define effective hiring strategies.

  3. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent communities, and other sourcing tools.

  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach.

  5. Manage candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.

  6. Leverage recruitment analytics and data to track hiring metrics, optimize processes, and provide insights to stakeholders.

About you

  1. 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in fast-paced tech companies, startups, or high-growth organizations.

  2. Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX Designers.

  3. Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping.

  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.

  6. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Bonus Points

  1. Experience hiring for global or large-scale tech teams.

  2. Experience with ATS systems (Workday)
