Job summary

You will work with SAP ERP, PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePoint and advanced Excel to optimize operations, standardize processes, and implement global improvements locally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Proficient English and Spanish desirable, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience aligning IT capabilities with business processes and goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and processes with minimal supervision and coach junior staff.
• Be the local SPOC for global demands and initiatives related to processes.
• Translate business requirements into application needs and guide IT applications.
• Document end-to-end processes; create/update manuals and flow diagrams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cost and cycle time.

The opportunity

Business Process Owner must be involved deeply in strategy, purpose and targets of business, participating in business definitions, aiming productivity increase, standardization, digitalization and innovation.

Work as a liaison between the business / end users and IT team, identifying business requirements, analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.

Making recommendations for solutions and improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices).

Translating business requirements into application requirements to IT application manager and follow the projects together IT.

Responsibilities may include: Managing projects & processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals, guide business to improve processes with a critical and strategic vision.

How you'll make an impact

1. Understand all E2E processes from business to be able to act proactive suggesting improvements in processes, collect requisites, desires, necessities and clarify all doubts from users. Aiming cost reduction, improve lead time, improving quality, reducing inventory, etc.
2. Lead improvements projects be a local key user to implement local and global projects to improve processes.
3. Be the site SPOC (single point of contact) for all global demands and initiatives related to process.
4. Define the queue and priorities and follow the execution of applications demands from business together IT application manager.
5. Be a bridge between business and IT, be the representant of business in IT points.
6. Factory process documentation Create and keep manuals of processes updated, with flows, inputs / outputs between areas.

• Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, PowerBI, PowerApps, Sharepoint, advanced excel
• Advanced English (required)
• Intermediate Spanish (desirable)
