The Financial Accounting Squad is responsible for processing events from our platform and custom them in processing reports, using cutting-edge technologies to deliver a high-scalable, secure, cost-effective and resilient financial services to the clients.

What you'll do
  • Take ownership of writing efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with the technical direction defined by the team.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust test strategies, ensuring high coverage of business logic and system reliability.
  • Actively contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle — from technical planning and design to hands-on coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Drive continuous improvements in existing codebases through in-depth code reviews, mentoring, and engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evolve best practices, engineering standards, and development methodologies that maximize team efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring, incident response, and participation in on-call rotations.

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English at B1 level (Intermediate)

Technical Skills:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments
  • Proven experience designing, architecting, and developing high-availability, high-throughput systems using Java and GoLang
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, S3, Step Functions, and Lambda, building cloud-native, event-driven systems
  • Strong background in microservices architecture, including cross-team governance and performance tuning
  • Experience with both relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) at scale
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including:CI/CD pipelines,Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) andMonitoring and observability tools
  • Deep testing expertise across:Unit tests,Integration tests, Contract tests, chaos testing in distributed systems
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including: Terraform,Kubernetes,GitLab CI/CD,Codefresh,ArgoCD
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns, such as:CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation),Event Sourcing,Saga pattern for managing distributed transactions
  • Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and application performance profiling
