• Review application readiness tickets for accuracy
• Collaborate with risk managers and AppSec Architects on IT security concerns
• Communicate with clients to clarify issues
• Document progress in ticketing systems
• Guide next steps and organize meetings as needed
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail
• Build resilient relationships with team members and clients

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in IT Audit, compliance, or security protocols
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of security and technology standards
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)

Preferred Certifications

Examples include CISSP, CRISP, ISP, OWASP, ITIL

Additional Requirements

• Experience with cybersecurity governance and incident response
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and information security management systems
