Description and Requirements

Scope of Responsibilities

• Create Software Test Plans and design strategies to provide the optimal balance between test coverage and testing effort.
• Constantly evolve testing procedures to enhance quality, identify testing gaps, and retro feed testing artifacts based on escaped defects.
• Analyze and document software defects. Coordinate efforts with the development team to reproduce and re-test software reworks and fixes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with software testing.
• Deep understanding of testing lifecycle and techniques, black box testing, and test automation.
• Experience with at least one programming/scripting language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate studies in Software Testing area.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science related to Software Engineering practices.
• Knowledge about Agile software development methodology.
