What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead complex finance transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and work breakdown structures, to track milestones and critical paths
• Define and monitor project budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring financial targets are maintained
• Establish and execute risk management plans, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
• Drive stakeholder alignment by creating and executing communication and engagement strategies across internal and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications)
