Amazon Payment Products BR - Engagement Initiatives Manager

Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payment products that will drive affinity and affordability for our customers.

This role is responsible for managing engagement initiatives for our Co-Branded Credit Card and Buy Now Pay Later customers, aiming to enhance customer engagement and experience. The role requires a hands-on analyst who can resolve escalations and manage Payments' partners and internal clients. Effective communication, both written and verbal, across teams and with partners, is critical.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. They should be a quick learner, able to understand Amazon's diverse payment offerings and internal systems. Analytical decision-making skills and a passion for data-driven insights are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create lifecycle campaigns for CBCC and BNPL customers.
  2. Increase repurchase rates on BNPL for existing customers.
  3. Design and implement HVE campaigns to boost activation rates.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proven ability to own program strategy, manage end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track record of leading process improvements.
  • Experience with lifecycle management of financial products.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
