Job Responsibilities

• Develop program/project charters that outline specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for complex projects
• Actively monitor program/project progress and provide guidance on maintaining program-level milestones and project plans
• Serve as a central point of contact to keep stakeholders informed of program status and facilitate communication
• Conduct risk assessments of strategic, technical, financial, or business factors affecting the program
• Mentor and assist team members in project execution, sharing best practices, and providing feedback

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional programs/projects on time and within budget
• 7+ years of working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• Experience in cards/payment domains
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences, including executives
• Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps to articulate program delivery vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing vendor relations and potential RFP processes
• Familiarity with best practices in program management and continuous improvement initiatives
