All about the role:

The teams in there are not passive or reactive - they partner with business areas to offer their expertise in needs that are constantly evolving, contributing to understand and define what Electrolux's employees need to deliver the extraordinary experiences our company aims for.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Product Sourcing Manager, you will manage strategic sourcing activities, managing risks and optimizing the value, monitoring sourcing trends, environment and market intelligence. You will be accountable for business results and responsible in negotiations and business development while establishing supplier relationship management processes.

In detail, you will:

1. Secure alignment with internal stakeholders and provide full alignment and support to PSO;
2. Execute the sourcing strategies, driving initiatives to attend the BA and Company’s targets and continuously striving for competitiveness;
3. Monitor supplier and business performance (competitiveness, deliveries, quality) and secure NPI deliverables;
4. Develop and maintain reports and tools for performance tracking and support the business decision making process;
5. Lead and support initiatives to simplify and automate capabilities, ensuring corporate governance and housekeeping, securing information and reports accuracy and reliability;
6. Active role on Lean Thinking projects and activities;
7. Promote a humanized, balanced, and engaged working environment, fostering personal and professional development.

Who you are:

1. MBA Degree;
2. Solid experience in procurement and/or business related areas, including team management;
3. Fluency in English; Spanish is desired;
4. Experience of working in a multicultural, international environment;
5. Strong negotiation skills and Business Acumen;
6. Availability for Traveling.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. This plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
