Description

Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil for new channel distribution on the Shopping Experience team. The role will focus on a new and innovative project that will help Amazon to improve the existing customer experience.

The Sr Product Manager will be responsible for working with tech teams to manage the product roadmap, diving deep on customers and business needs and address those. The ideal candidate will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for business development and problem solving at scale, partnering with multiple teams. The candidate will own end-to-end delivery of projects and is responsible for all product operations after the launch.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work with multiple teams to scope, develop and launch new products at Amazon

  • Prioritize effectively product investments considering development effort and product benefit

  • Write PRFAQs, BRDs, capturing cross functional product requirements (Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Business) for a successful launch

  • Lead business reviews and product discussions

  • Work with cross functional teams after the launch to address potential issues, drive adoption and implementation of new channels

  • Own the product roadmap for the launch and track improvement needed

  • Anticipate bottlenecks and balance trade-offs. between business needs and technical constraints

  • Translate technical requirements and processes to non-technical leaders in a clear and actionable manner.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience as a product manager or product owner

  • Experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
