We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to help us solve, build and develop big impact features that improve customer experience and improve business profitability. Working to solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Fashion and Fitness. The seasoned leader will be responsible for setting and implementing product roadmap with end-to-end ownership, influencing prioritization and driving change across many key stakeholders, improving processes to scale with high business growth. This leader will relish the opportunity to balance strategic vision and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data driven decisions, innovation and working wit partner teams (both technical and business) to drive implementation of complex solutions.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader. She/He will be a thoughtful, high-energy, self-starter, with strong business acumen, acute analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use data, creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the following areas:

  • Identify growth initiatives across multiple business segments including project evaluation, strategic planning, and prioritization.
  • Define, prioritize and plan the execution of strategic initiatives. Consult with senior management on cross-group project prioritization.
  • Ensure delivery of assigned organizational goals. Schedule and secure resources and manage cross-functional teams to deliver to these goals. End to end responsibility for the execution and success of all assigned programs.
  • Enable launch of new products and processes by collaborating with cross-functional project teams (both technical and business).
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and balance trade-offs. between business needs and technical constraints
  • Communicate progress and work with teams with dependent programs.
  • Translate technical requirements and processes to non-technical leaders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Earn and develop trust with business leaders to drive adoption and implementation of new business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
