How you'll make an impact

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand our customers' biggest challenges.
2. Measure, inspect, and drive decisions using data.
3. Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions.
4. Strengthen and drive our engineering process with TDD and BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures.
5. Support live applications, promote proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous improvement.
6. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements.
7. Mentor peers and foster continuous learning within your team and organization.
8. Become a subject matter expert in your functional area and best practices.
9. Assess circumstances and apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve issues or suggest approaches.
10. Complete work independently and proactively review with others.

Experience you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in software engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for modern technologies and design.
• Proficiency in Angular and/or React.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive unit tests and test suites.
• Understanding of software security principles and OWASP guidelines.
• Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule.
• Experience in writing performant stored procedures and functions.
• Experience developing Cloud-Native applications and services.
