What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design, implement, and maintain training programs and clinical resources for all clinical staff
- Manage new projects and initiatives with direct training impacts, ensuring successful delivery of clinical training programs
- Drive clinical results by supporting employees through their full life cycle, overseeing trends in clinical performance
- Engage the SCAN clinical community through networking opportunities and professional development
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver training solutions that meet organizational needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- California RN, NP, and Furnishing Licensure required
- Certification in area of specialty required (e.g., RN, NP, Pharm-D)
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, medical management, change management, and/or leadership
- 2+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Graduate or Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with both Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong strategic thinking skills to facilitate the development of new clinical products and services
- Knowledge of project and program management principles
