What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • California RN, NP, and Furnishing Licensure required
  • Certification in area of specialty required (e.g., RN, NP, Pharm-D)
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, medical management, change management, and/or leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Graduate or Advanced Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with both Medicaid and Medicare
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to facilitate the development of new clinical products and services
  • Knowledge of project and program management principles
