A leading B2B solutions provider in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to oversee sales teams and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing strategic initiatives across Brazil. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in sales leadership, strong program management skills, and are fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Job Title: Sr. Manager, B2B Sales (Trilingual SPA/ENG/PRT)
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive the generation of revenue and business growth, lead a sales team(s), accountable for driving team performance through customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer) and/or revenue retention motions (product/ service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationship through a balanced level of engagement with Sales Director and external facing client.
To lead and drive strategic B2B sales initiatives across Brazil, ensuring strong program management and client satisfaction. The role involves taking charge of high-profile sales projects and ensuring alignment with Meta’s business goals.
