Position: Magento / Adobe Commerce Engineer

Crimson Agility is seeking a Magento / Adobe Commerce Engineer with a strong background in object-oriented programming and Magento. The ideal candidate will value challenging and innovative projects and take pride in their work. You will participate in a team responsible for implementing Magento and developing innovative solutions for our e-commerce clients following “best practices.”

This position is open to remote candidates located within Latin America.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement innovative features and functionality for e-commerce using Magento
2. Collaborate with a team of passionate e-commerce professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes
3. Understand e-commerce business requirements and convert them into coherent solutions
4. Unit test and ensure the quality of your work

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience with Magento in the backend, including building custom modules from scratch and troubleshooting
2. 8+ years of experience with PHP, MySQL, and Web Applications
3. Experience with Docker
4. Comfort working in the frontend when required
5. Ambition and strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Experience optimizing and refactoring application code
3. Experience scaling web applications and optimizing web server configurations
