What you'll do

We are seeking a Data Management Coordinator to support our Human Resources Data Management team. As part of our People Technology & Operations team, you will maintain and ensure the integrity of employee data, impacting business decisions, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Data Management.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global teams and external vendors to operationalize employment data processes.
  • Audit employee and contingent worker data in HR systems, including hiring, promotions, leaves, and terminations, to maintain data integrity.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the employee data lifecycle, providing guidance to stakeholders.
  • Drive projects to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Recommend and document improvements to data management methodologies and technologies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects representing Data Management.
  • Assist with SOX control audits, including evidence collection and process review.
  • Work with autonomy, collaborating with the Lead on decisions and implementations.
  • Attend in-office meetings or fulfill other responsibilities as needed.
Job Designation

Remote: Work from a designated remote location; in-office presence is not frequently required. Designations may change based on business needs.

What you bring
Basic
  • 2+ years HR-related experience in a high-growth organization.
  • Experience with Workday or other HCM systems.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (verbal and written).
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking, customer service, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR and People Operations processes.
