What's the role?

The Sr HR Business Partner designs, implements, and monitors human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity, and diversity. They anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends. The candidate should have knowledge of best practices and understand how their area integrates with others; they should be aware of the competition and market differentiators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management to implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level.
  • Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of HR issues, aiming to resolve employee relations issues systematically.
  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives such as salary reviews, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Assist senior management in developing solutions through organizational development, cultural, and process-oriented perspectives.
  • May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization.
  • Key skills include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Solve complex problems, bring new perspectives to existing solutions, and exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
Who are you?
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Works independently with minimal guidance.
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project; acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus.
  • Proficient in English.
