Sr. HR Manager (HRBP & Talent Development)
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager (HRBP & Talent Development) to join our team.
This role plays a key part in shaping our people strategy, acting as a trusted HR Business Partner for corporate leaders while also overseeing HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants. A major focus of this position will be on Talent Management, driving initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and talent acquisition.
The remaining responsibilities involve HRBP duties, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategies across both corporate and operational environments.
