Solution Architect

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to design and deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Lead architectural discussions, system integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards while identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based, data-driven, and DevOps-enabled solutions.
• Provide leadership in architectural reviews, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of .NET (C#) development experience.
• Proven solution architecture and project leadership skills.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres).
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
• Familiarity with retail power market and its products.

Solution Architect (Oracle EBS and Cloud)

Join one of the biggest IT Services companies in the world. This role is a CLT contract, hybrid, in São Paulo.

In this role you will:

• Work with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS (Cross modules).
• Consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice.
• Address business analysis, project management, and the connections between layers of business operations.
• Understand corporate strategy needs and technology specifics.
• Manage projects and resources with attention to deadlines and available resources.
• Demonstrate excellent soft skills (communication, coordination, negotiation).
• Desirable: SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA experience (Cross modules).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and qualifying deals/opportunities.
• Data and customer analysis; preparing call scripts.
• Identify and propose solutions to customer pain points and architecture.
• Refine requirements, estimate effort, and manage proposals.
• Participate in daily proposal meetings; present technical solutions and proposals based on RFP/RFI.
• Support pre-sales and sales activities from a technical perspective.
• Support BRM and commercial aspects with technical knowledge.
• Prepare reports on key wins, pipeline, and opportunities.
