The Impact of Sr Solution Architect/Solution Architect to Coupa:

Join a high-growth organization where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and deploying Coupa solutions to ensure customer success. As a spend management expert, you’ll work with customers, partners, and product teams to deliver best-practice solutions while driving efficiencies. This role offers exposure to all Coupa modules and the opportunity to grow within our elite SME group.

What you'll do:

• Leading the implementation design with customers and supporting external implementation partners as a subject matter expert
• Advising customers on Coupa best practices, using industry knowledge to ensure the best possible functional design is implemented
• Leading and supporting customer design workshops to guide customers through the implementation journey
• Supporting design reviews and collaborating with Product Management on the strategic direction of the product
• A Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa’s Suite of upstream Business Spend Management products including Supplier Information Management, Sourcing and CLMA

What you will bring to Coupa:

• Previous SaaS solution implementation consulting experience in procurement, internally or externally
• Strong client management skills and ability to execute implementation plans for successful go live
• Experience with Coupa Supplier Information management or similar platform
• Implementation experience with eSourcing platforms or similar software
• Hands-on knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management platforms is highly desirable
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus! Occasional travel
