Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Sr Analyst - SAP Quality Management to lead SAP QM delivery across global manufacturing and quality processes. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and support functions to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and drive value through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

The role requires extensive SAP QM experience, strong integration knowledge with MM/PP/WM/EWM/SD/MES, and experience with ECC and S/4HANA environments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP QM configuration, design, testing, and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and integrations with MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD, MES and external systems.
• Experience with ECC and S/4HANA environments including implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP QM functional solution delivery across AGCO’s global manufacturing and quality processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP QM solutions and deliver value through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure compliance, governance, documentation, testing (UAT, integration, regression), and SOX/IT security adherence.

This Sr Analyst – SAP Quality Management position is responsible for leading SAP QM functional solution delivery across AGCO’s global manufacturing and quality processes.

The role partners closely with AGCO business stakeholders, IT teams, and support functions to understand quality management requirements, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and deliver business value through requirements definition, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support. The analyst serves as a key liaison between the global AGCO business and IT, ensuring SAP QM solutions align with AGCO standards, compliance expectations, integration architecture, and operational priorities across project work, enhancements, releases, incidents, service requests, and continuous improvement activities. It reports to the team lead for this functional area.

Your Impact

• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP QM solutions, partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to support manufacturing operations.
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP QM processes, including ECC and S/4HANA projects, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage SAP QM integrations with related modules such as MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD, and external quality or manufacturing execution systems.
• Provide production support and change management, resolving incidents, implementing enhancements, managing transports through SAP CHARM, and driving root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance and process governance, maintaining documentation, supporting testing activities (UAT, integration, regression), and adhering to SOX, IT Security, and AGCO standards.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Extensive SAP QM expertise, with 7+ years of hands‑on experience in configuration, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and integrations, including quality planning, inspections, notifications, defects management, and integration with MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD, MES, and external quality systems.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, including implementation, conversion, rollout, and support projects within manufacturing industries.
• Proven delivery and documentation skills, including development of functional specifications, use cases, test scripts, training materials, cutover activities, and execution of testing cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams, influence business and IT partners, manage priorities, and deliver compliant, value-driven SAP quality solutions.
