Key Responsabilities

• Design, prototype, and implement user interfaces and components that are consistent, accessible, and performant.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to bring design concepts to life.
• Help define and evolve our design system, establishing UI patterns and guidelines that scale.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design quality across the product development lifecycle.
• Balance visual design sensibility with technical feasibility and user needs.
• Partner with engineering to deliver pixel-perfect, reusable UI components in production.
• Help drive conversations on design tooling, code architecture, and frontend best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• You have experience building and implementing design systems in production.
• You’re comfortable working in both design tools (Figma or similar) and codebases (React, HTML/CSS/JS).
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with component libraries (e.g. Storybook, Radix, Shadcn) and design tokens.
• Proficiency in Git, modern frontend workflows, and collaboration tools.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
