Overview

The Sr. Demand Planner Brazil coordinates activity across the functional and time spectrums to deliver a mid/long-term Demand Plan to ensure profitable business growth and in-stock levels for Core product. The role reports to the local Manager, Customer Operations & Planning Brazil, with a regional dotted line to the Director of Wholesale Planning based in the United States.

This includes, but is not limited to, driving cross-functional collaboration with key commercial partners to align on Demand Plan roll-up and reconciliation with financials, Open to Buy plan, in-season coordination, and MFP process seasonal handoff to Global Planning teams. The Sr. Demand Planner Brazil is also responsible for maintaining seasonal and monthly plans in the o9 Planning tool and participating in key business reviews with Brazil commercial & merchandising leadership and Global Planning partners.

What You'll Do

1. Own the Demand Plan for Brazil in alignment with commercial needs as we approach seasonal buy execution.
2. Interpret changes in buying process into product investment, adjusting for revenue and inventory balance.
3. Focus on New Product / Key Product initiatives; coordinate core carryover seasonal items with planning and supply teams.
4. Lead DP o9 plan creation for all sub-channels, ensuring timely delivery of monthly milestones, and support system enhancements.
5. Lead inventory and supply planning to proactively manage in-stock levels.
6. Propose seasonal and in-season stocking strategies balancing margin/revenue with working capital.
7. Coordinate upstream supply chain actions to monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot supply lines and optimize inventory.
8. Manage the local planning tool for OTB process and recommend buys accordingly.
9. Drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial partners to align on the final OTB plan.
10. Present various scenarios to leadership based on inventory turns and promotional activities.
11. Coordinate supply and demand efforts, maintaining OTB data elements.
12. Participate in demand plan consolidation for North America.
13. Communicate key business drivers to country commercial leads for demand plan changes.
14. Provide monthly inventory projections to the Global S&OP team.
15. Work with Global MFP to integrate seasonal plans into regional-channel plans.
16. Coordinate with regional merchandisers to ensure priorities are reflected in MFP tools.
17. Participate in IBP/Seasonal Plan Alignment and other meetings representing Brazil’s sales channels.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Degree in business, supply chain, planning, or related field, or extensive relevant work experience.
2. At least 5 years of OTB/Demand planning experience in a multichannel environment, especially in apparel/footwear.
3. Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
4. Familiarity with inventory and service level planning.
5. Experience with Merchandising Financial Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning.
6. Extensive Excel skills and experience with MFP and demand planning systems, ideally with o9 Solutions.
7. Minimal travel expected.
