This role involves executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, relationship management, and fostering a collaborative environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience in managing complex accounts.

Qualificações

Customer Success brings the transcendent customer experience to life by empowering customers to achieve the value and impact of their BMC investments. It accelerates core business outcomes, mitigates risk, cultivates relationships, removes friction, and improves customer experience. This role is ideal for those passionate about customer centricity, aligning with BMC's strategy!

Role Contributions:
  • Drive customer adoption and success through governance advice, usage recommendations, and risk mitigation.
  • Articulate value, inspire, and promote the Social Enterprise future in a Cloud Computing world.
  • Become the post-sales success leader for assigned accounts, delivering a Success Blueprint with application functional or IT expertise and exceptional customer management at the C-level.
Required Skills & Experience:

· Experience with large, complex accounts at senior IT and business levels, preferably with recent direct executive experience.

· Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mediating conflicts and fostering honest dialogue.

· Knowledge of ITSM products such as HP Service Desk, BMC Remedy, BMC Service Express / Magic, ServiceNow, Heat, Frontrange, or others.
