Honeywell CCC in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Customer Support Representative for Latin America to drive aftermarket business growth and act as a trusted advisor through the lifecycle of turbomachinery control systems.
You will develop and execute aftermarket sales strategies across the LATAM region, identifying opportunities for spare parts, service contracts, training, software updates, and modernization solutions.
As a Customer Support Representative for Latin America at Honeywell CCC, you will drive aftermarket business growth and act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the lifecycle of their turbomachinery control systems.
You will be responsible for developing and executing aftermarket sales strategies across the LATAM region, identifying opportunities for spare parts, service contracts, training, software updates, and modernization solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, Channel Partners, Engineering, and Service teams, you will help customers maximize the reliability, performance, and lifecycle value of their assets.
You will report directly to the Americas Sales Manager and work out of our Rio de Janeiro (preferably), Brazil location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction, installed base retention, recurring revenue growth, and aftermarket sales performance across Latin America.
Drive aftermarket sales growth across the LATAM region, including spare parts, training, service contracts, software updates, and field services.
Manage and maintain visibility of the CCC installed base within the territory.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding parts, services, training, upgrades, obsolescence, patches, and lifecycle recommendations.
Develop and execute lifecycle management campaigns in collaboration with Account Managers.
Build and maintain a robust aftermarket opportunity pipeline and accurate sales forecast.
Create, manage, and follow up on commercial proposals.
Support channel partners across Latin America in identifying opportunities and maintaining installed base information.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Service, and Proposal teams to deliver customer solutions.
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and customer engagement records within CRM systems.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Travel across LATAM as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or Control & Automation Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, rotating equipment, technical sales, customer support, aftermarket sales, or related fields.
Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Experience managing customer relationships and developing commercial opportunities.
Experience preparing commercial proposals and managing sales opportunities in CRM.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel throughout Latin America.
Experience with turbomachinery controls, rotating equipment, compressors, turbines, or process automation.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, Power, or Process Industries.
Knowledge of lifecycle management, modernization programs, service contracts, and installed base management.
Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen.
