What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer-facing initiatives to develop and execute mutual success plans and engagement strategies
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, defining measurable success plans and ensuring effective communication
- Drive the adoption of Experience Cloud products by leveraging data insights and tracking progress
- Foster innovation by sharing industry thought leadership and identifying new customer use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer risks and implement 'get well' plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of driving customer success and delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution and partnership cultivation
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Existing knowledge of digital marketing software, data platforms, and customer journey management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with program management within large organizations
- Validated experience in account planning and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
- Ability to lead executive-level discussions and presentations
- Flexibility to travel approximately 20%
