What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives to develop and execute mutual success plans and engagement strategies

  • Proven track record of driving customer success and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution and partnership cultivation
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Existing knowledge of digital marketing software, data platforms, and customer journey management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with program management within large organizations
  • Validated experience in account planning and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
  • Ability to lead executive-level discussions and presentations
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 20%
