As a Sr Content Producer / Editor, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 7 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role responsibilities

  • Orchestrate Complex Projects: Own the full lifecycle of creative content—from brief to delivery—partnering with creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Connect Departments: Act as a key conduit between strategy, creative, and production—ensuring alignment and flow across teams and stakeholders.
  • Write & Shape Briefs: Help translate business needs into actionable creative briefs. Bring clarity to ambiguity.
  • Punch Up Stories: Rough out scripts, shape messaging, and collaborate on narrative structure—especially for case studies, sizzles, and brand films.
  • Guide Creative Through Feedback: Work closely with stakeholders and creatives to shape rough cuts, gather feedback, and shepherd work to final delivery.
  • Drive Craft Excellence: Elevate quality by advocating for great storytelling, pushing for polish, and helping talent deliver their best work.
  • Staff & Scale Smartly: Build and manage teams of freelancers and contractors. Help identify the right talent for the job—then help them thrive.
  • Run Meetings & Lead with Clarity: Lead check-ins, reviews, and presentations that keep teams focused and inspired.
Must have qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or editorial/motion design
  • A background in motion, video editing, or post-production (you speak the language of the craft)
  • Experience managing complex creative workflows across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
  • Ability to shape stories, pull references, and build decks that bring ideas to life
  • Proven success in partnering with creatives to bring out their best thinking and execution
Nice to have qualifications
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience with client presentations, brand storytelling, or case film development.
  • A creative point of view and passion for making great work even better.
